Directed engagements

One question.
A defined return.

Bring an AI behavior you do not understand. Bo will turn it into a bounded investigation, preserve the evidence, and return an answer you can inspect.

Current introductory scopes and prices.

Choose the size of the question.

Each engagement begins with written scope: the question, system, access, method, deliverables, schedule, confidentiality, and cost.

The prices below cover ordinary delivery within the stated scope. Unusual access requirements or external model and API costs beyond the agreed allowance are client-supplied or separately approved before they are incurred.

Discuss a three-evaluation program

Larger or specialized work: quoted separately after scoping.

Specific uncertainty is enough.

Does our assistant become more agreeable when a user presents as an expert?

Did a system-prompt change actually reduce the behavior we were seeing?

Does the same conversation fail differently across model families?

Are we observing a real behavioral pattern or a persuasive anecdote?

How should we test a concern before spending heavily on a full evaluation?

What the engagement means.

An engagement is an independent investigation, not a certification, regulatory opinion, security audit, or guarantee that a system is safe to deploy.

Confidential work is available. Publicity is not required, although Bo should retain enough private provenance to preserve an honest institutional record where the agreement permits it.

Clients may challenge the method and findings, identify errors, and request clarification. They may not purchase a favorable conclusion or the concealment of a material limitation.

Start with the uncertainty.

A short note is enough. Describe the behavior, the system, and the decision you need the evidence to inform.

  3. The method, evidence, and return artifacts.
  4. The schedule, price, and external-cost allowance.
  5. Confidentiality, publication, and reuse terms.
